This tropical smoothie uses protein-rich Greek yogurt and natural coconut milk to give you the morning starter that you deserve!
1/2 cup- Greek yogurt
1/2 cup- Pure coconut milk
1 medium- Banana
1 cup- Pineapple, frozen and sliced
1 tablespoon- Organic coconut oil
1 serving- Vanilla flavored protein powder
Use a blender at medium pulse to combine all the ingredients. Continue until the mixture is smooth. Serve with a few slices of fresh fruit.
