The What

9 ounces- Canned tuna in water
3 tablespoons- Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons- Sriracha
1/2 teaspoon- Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon- Paprika
1/4 teaspoon- Salt
1/4 teaspoon- Cayenne
1 large- Avocado
1 cup- Baby spinach
1 large- Tortilla

The How

Using a fork, shred the tuna in a bowl. Then cut the avocado into thin slices. Combine the shredded tuna with sriracha, mayonnaise, cayenne, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Add a layer of the sliced avocados and baby spinach on half of the tortilla. Then lay a thin layer of the tuna mixture on top. Roll it up and slice into 10 pieces.
