4 cups (shredded)- Green cabbage
1 cup (shredded)- Carrot
1 cup, (shredded)- Red cabbage
1/2 cup- Yellow onion
4 (minced)- Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon- Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon- Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon- Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon- Ground black pepper
1/4 cup (chopped)- Green onions
1/4 cup (chopped)- Fresh cilantro

<li><p class="font_8">Cook the turkey sausage by stirring it continuously to crumble it and ensure it is cooked through.</p></li>

<li><p class="font_8">Add the following to the sausage in the skillet in order; sesame oil, cabbage, carrot, red cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper.</p></li>
