1/4 cup (chopped)- Onion
1/4 cup (chopped)- Button mushrooms
8 oz. (pressed and chopped)- Extra-firm tofu
3 teaspoons)- Nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon- Coconut aminos
4 cups- Baby spinach
4–5, chopped- Grape tomatoes
Pepper
optional- Hot sauce
optional- Sesame seeds

The How

<li><p class="font_8">Sauté the mushrooms and onions for 2-3 minutes in a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray, over medium heat.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Toss in the tofu and cook for additional 1-2 minutes.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Add the tomatoes, spinach, liquid aminos, and nutritional yeast to the pan, and cook for 3 minutes.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Serve with hot sauce and sesame seeds on top.</p></li>
