14oz- Block firm tofu
15oz can- Rotel tomatoes
15oz can- Diced tomato
15-oz can- Corn
15-oz can- Black beans
15-oz can- Kidney beans
1-oz packet- Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1-oz packet- Taco seasoning
Shredded cheese

The How

<li><p class="font_8">Cook the tofu until browned in a big sauté pan, then stir in the taco seasoning.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">In a big pan, mix all of the cans without draining them and the Ranch seasoning. Combine it with the tofu. Cook for an additional 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.</p></li>
