1 pint- Grape tomatoes
1 tablespoon- Olive oil
Kosher salt
Black pepper
1 1/2 pound, skinless- Salmon fillet
2 teaspoons- Curry powder
1/4 cup, torn- Fresh basil

<li><p class="font_8">Preheat your oven to 205°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">According to the packet directions, cook the rice.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">In the meantime, add the tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and oil on the prepared baking tray. Place the salmon amid the tomatoes. Sprinkle curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Roast for 15-18 minutes, until the tomatoes are mushy and the salmon is non-transparent.</p></li>
