1/4 cup (chopped)- Red onion
1 cup (cooked)- Quinoa
1 cup (cooked and drained)- brown lentils
4 ounces (diced canned)- Green chilies
1/3 cup- Rolled oats
1/4 cup- White whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons- Cornstarch
1/4 cup- Whole grain bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon- Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon- Cumin
1 teaspoon- Paprika
Salt
Pepper
For the Honey Dijon Mustard:
2 tablespoons- Dijon mustard
3 teaspoons- Honey
