8 (large)- Eggs
a splash- Milk
1 tablespoon- Olive oil
1 tablespoon- Minced garlic
1 medium ( finely minced)- Red pepper
1/2 medium (finely minced)- Red onion
4 pieces (cooked until crispy)- Bacon (4 pieces, cooked until crispy)

<li><p class="font_8">Whisk a little bit of milk and 8 eggs in a big bowl.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Heat the olive oil with the garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in the onion and red pepper to the pot. Then sauté until the onions are translucent, for about 2 minutes. Pour in the eggs and cook for an extra 3-5 minutes.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Divide the egg mixture between the flatbreads. Place a bacon slice, and sprinkle with cheese on each of them. Wrap tightly.</p></li>
