The What

1/2 tablespoon- Olive oil
1 pound- Lean sirloin steak, sliced
1/2 teaspoon- Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon- Ground black pepper
2 teaspoons- Dry oregano leaves
1 medium- Yellow onion, sliced into strips
1 medium- Green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 medium- Red bell pepper, sliced into strips
8 large- Lettuce leaves
1/2 cup- Shredded provolone cheese
2 tablespoons- Fresh cilantro, chopped

The How

Heat skillet to medium high heat and pour in olive oil. Add the steak seasoned with pepper and salt, the oregano, onions, green, and red bell peppers. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the steak is thoroughly cooked. Put the mixture inside pre-made lettuce cups and sprinkle cheese on top. Add fresh cilantro sparingly.
