2 tablespoons- Olive oil
2 stalks (sliced)- Celery
2 medium (chopped)- Carrots
1 medium (chopped)- Onion
3 (sliced)- Garlic cloves
12 ounces (sliced)- Kielbasa
2 cups- Green lentils
6 cups- Chicken Broth
2 cups- Water
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves (for serving)

The How

<li><p class="font_8">Soften the carrots, celery, garlic, and onion in a large pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Add the lentils, kielbasa, water, chicken broth, half teaspoon pepper and salt, and boil up. Then, simmer for 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.</p></li>
<li><p class="font_8">Sprinkle the parsley on top and serve warm.</p></li>
