Cut through the length of the block of tofu to form 4 to 5 rectangular planks. Fry each plank in vegetable broth and don't stop until it shows a light brown color. Replenish vegetables broth as it dries off. Remove any sticky pieces at the bottom of the pan. Spread the planks on baking sheet (parchment lined sheet) and bake at 400 degrees for a minimum of 20 minutes. While baking, combine remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. After baking, let planks cool. Make 1/2 inch squares by slicing the tofu planks and combine with marinade. Put in the refrigerator for one hour to cool. Eat marinated tofu cubes with rice or salad depending on your preference.
