The What

1/4 cup- Hemp seeds
3/4 cup- Water
1 cup- Strawberries
1 tablespoon- Maple syrup
2 cups- Quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup- Blueberries
2 tablespoons- Almonds, chopped
4 large- Strawberries

The How

In a blender, add the hemp seeds, water, 1 cup of strawberries, and maple syrup. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add the quinoa to a bowl and pour the blended mixture on top. Sprinkle the blueberries, almonds, and whole strawberries on top.
