The What

1 cup- Unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup- Rolled oats
1/2 cup- Kale leaves, chopped
1/2 cup- Broccoli florets, chopped
1 ounce- Parmesan, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

The How

Heat water, almond milk, oats, broccoli, and kale in a little pot over medium- high heat. Add the desired amount of pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parmesan, and serve.
