The What

1/2- Rolled oats
1/2 cup- Unsweetened almond milk
6 large- Strawberries, cored and chopped
2 teaspoon- Honey
1/2 teaspoon- Vanilla extract
Pinch- Salt
3 large- Egg whites
1 tablespoon- Peanut butter

The How

Add the oats, water, milk, honey, strawberries, salt, and vanilla to a little pot, bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the oats are plump, stir occasionally.
Whisk the egg whites in a bowl. Add the cooked oatmeal to the egg whites slowly, stirring as you go. Pour the mixture back into a pot and cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat, stirring continuously.
