2- Egg whites
2 tablespoon- Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup- Black beans, rinsed
2- Corn tortillas, 6 inch
4 teaspoon- Salsa of choice

The How

Whisk the eggs together in a small bowl. Cook the eggs over medium heat, on a nonstick frying pan coated with cooking spray for 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Then, fold in the beans and cheese.</p></li>
